This is mostly of interest to my russian-speaking friends, hence Russian is used :)
В последнее время в Японии идут рекламные ролики продукта, созданного в России, очень полезного и все такое. Называется чудо-продукт - "кефир". Продается почему-то в мини-емкостях (видимо чтобы не отравились). Сегодня решил попробовать (кстати не дешево! порядка $1.7 за баночку 100мл - это ж 17 грин за литр!)
Надеясь наконец-то попить вовеки-веков кефира, открываю банку..
Офигенный кефир придумали японцы… (справа - это я там в крышечку налил немного "йада" ). Вот такие изобретательные.. Ждем японского взгляда на следующий полезный для здоровья российский продукт :)
На банке кстати написано "НАСТОЯЩИЙ кефир" :)
PS: да-да, оно прозрачное. желто-зеленая прозрачная жидкость ;) Видимо просто сыворотку заливают. Без молока.. йад в общем.
Sorry about downtime. WP 2.6 seemed to change the way permalinks are processed on Apache side, so I had to re-compile my ancient Apache install in order to add mod-rewrite. Everything should work fine now :)

.. I have one nice idea for an iPhone app so.. hm… maybe I'll refresh (re-learn?) my ObjC .. but I don't really have time to spare as it stands now. Oh well.. we'll see :)
.. not that it was officially taking them, but local Softbank shops everywhere were already taking pre-orders.
I called one of the Softbank shops in the afternoon today and asked if I can pre-order my iPhone and was told "yes". When I finally got to the shop the evening, there were taking the huge "TAKING IPHONE PRE-ORDERS" banners off the front glass. Told me they received a call from the head office ordering to cancel pre-orders.

And still no tariff plans, no even info on how exactly iPhone will be sold (could be either real Softbank or virtual operator, which will be Apple).. Softbank is a mess :)
Updated software of my TV set today.. Over 100Mbit/s unlimited optical line.. The TV asked to reboot itself.. Nothing special, I guess, but I looked at the process in perspective of last 10 years. Things changed.
..and survived today!
I was pulling out headphones from my backpack while waiting for the train today, and suddenly dropped my iPod down on the concrete of the platform. I had a split-second thinking if I should look down or not (I heard a plenty of stories that Touches and iPhones have exactly zero limit of being dropped and still working after that) - however, my Touch was as good as new, no problems at all, when I took it from the ground and turned on! Not even a single scratch (though this is not a surprize as I am using the most excellent InvisibleShield protection). Actually, on second thought, it might be the InvisibleShield which actually saved my iTouch… Or I am just a lucky guy :)
