I just found out that there was a small chunk of code I forgot to change before releasing Inline Google maps 2.1.1, which could cause either no maps rendered on your page, or just some maps to be rendered.
Well, it's fixed now, so please download the plugin again here:

We have a very weird problem with one of sites running WordPress. Suddenly, TinyMCE visual editor stopped working. It just disappeared, and we only got the weird:
realTinyMCE is not defined
error in the console.
Of course visual editor was turned on in users preferences and all that stuff. Switching to a different theme was solving the problem.
Turned out that the problem was in the functions.php file which was located in WordPress current theme's directory. And the reason was the most weird one you can imagine! We had several excessive line breaks after the php closing tag!!
Have a look at these pictures:
Take notice of these 2 excessive line breaks after the closing tag of the functions.php file.
Just remove them…
And everything's back to normal again!
So, check that the functions.php file in your current WordPress theme doesn't have any excessive line breaks after the closing php tag.
Sorry for keeping you waiting. I have finally had time to make a quick fix for the problems with browsers becoming unresponsible when Inline Google Maps plugin is used on them.
The new version of Inline Google Maps 2.1.1 is out now and can be downloaded from the link below. Everyone who's using this plugin, please update to the new version as soon as possible.
Looks like the latest update Google made to their maps API broke my Inline Google maps plugin. The symptoms are the page becoming un-responsible, or map flickers when browsing using Opera.Though the plugin is not developed anymore, I'm planning to make a fix for those who are using it on their web pages. The problem is that I'm totally buried with work currently, so you will have to wait until next week for the fix. Sorry :(

Well today i FINALLY (!!!) had a few free minutes to upgrade my site to WordPress 2.1.
There we some comments asking if the WordPress plugins I have made are actually compatible with WordPress 2.1.
Well the answer is short, and it is, YES, both Google Inline Maps 2.0 and Easy Inline SWF are compatible with WordPress 2.1.

Finally, I had some time to juggle with the Google Maps code today, so here's a new update. :) (download link is at the bottom of this page!)
New stuff in this update is that basically you gain more control per map. Place Google map into your sidebar if you with, display maps in different sizes, show or hide map controls on per-map basis, as well as show/hide the marker on per-map basis! You can even choose if you want the google-map link to be replaced with a google map or not (in case you just would rather have a plain link to google maps site instead of inline map on your site).
